LimeChat was started with the aim of revolutionizing conversational commerce. We strongly believe that chat is a much more personalized and interactive medium for shopping.

Why Did We Start?
The Co-Founders of LimeChat, Nikhil and Aniket, have an extensive AI background from MIT and CMU.
When the transformer revolution happened around 2020 (leading to breakthroughs like GPT-3), they were actively looking to use NLP for real-world impact.
After going through multiple bad customer experiences, they dug deep and realized customer experience was broken and chatbots were dismal.
Hence, they decided to draw upon their AI expertise, focus on a single industry (Ecommerce brands), and launch LimeChat.

We believe the fundamental to delivering a great experience online is to replicate in-store interactions.
LimeChat is on a mission to build the most compelling customer experience on chat.
We believe that messaging channels will become the primary buying mediums in the next 5 years.
We are making the entire infrastructure for Ecommerce brands to leverage chat – from driving revenue to delivering amazing support.
After creating the first SMART campaigns for WhatsApp, we are working with Meta to drive engagement on Instagram for D2C brands.
